Jonathon spent four years with Baring Asset Management (UK) and then moved to Vietnam over 25 years ago. After studying Vietnamese in Ha Noi he was appointed country head of Jardine Fleming (Vietnam). In 1999, he was co-employed by Jardine Matheson (Vietnam) and ACB Securities, and was the first foreigner permitted to work in the Vietnamese stock market. He went on to co-found PXP Vietnam Asset Management, a Vietnam listed equities specialist with a peak AUM of over USD500mn, which he exited in 2008.

Peter moved to Asia over 25 years ago, initially joining Jardine Fleming Malaysia's research and then institutional equity sales teams. Later employed by the Noble Group in Hong Kong as General Manager - Business Development, he was responsible for new business line due diligence, formation and oversight. In 2008 he co-founded Asia Clean Capital Ltd, a PRC focused cleantech development and investment company. He has an MBA from Manchester Business School.

Anh previously worked for SERO, the crop intelligence company, researching sustainable development for Vietnam’s agriculture sector. She has an MBA from the University of Chester (UK) and a Master of Economics and Finance from the University of Milan (Italy). Anh has CFA Level 1, and she is preparing for the Level 2 examination.

Prior to joining Wardhaven, Ly was a senior investor relations executive at Novaland Group. She Previously worked at KB Securities Vietnam (2020) and Van Phu - Invest (2019). She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Business Information Systems from Texas Christian University and has CFA Level 2.

Canh has over 10 years of audit, finance and operational experience. Previously a senior auditor at KPMG, he is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Vietnam.

Prior to joining Wardhaven, Hanh spent 15 years at PXP Vietnam Asset Management as the Senior Fund Administrator and Head of Back Office, where she oversaw fund operations and NAV daily estimates. Hanh has a bachelor's degree from Foreign Trade University (Vietnam) and an ACCA advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business.
